You creep up slowly on him, soundless among the shifting sands. He is completely oblivious to your presence, as you step up behind him.

You start to twirl the canteen around, building up momentum. He turns in your direction, having heard the whooshing sound and readies his axe when he sees you.

He isn't fast enough, though, throwing your arm into the rope, you whip the canteen forward to smash into his nose. An explosion of blood erupts from the impact, and the man takes a few dizzy steps backwards, struggling to maintain his footing. The axe is loose in his grip.

You twirl the canteen rope around your neck and whip it back at him again, crushing his cheekbones and knocking him to the ground. You make quick work of snapping his neck and start to search his body.

He has two canteens, one with water and the other empty. Had you not killed him, you don't think he would have lasted long on his own. His knife and kerosine lighter are there, but that is all.

You eye the axe briefly. It's size is not advantageous to your combat style, but it could potentially come in handy if you ever get out of this damned desert.

Do you want the axe?
