Mike throws everything he has at the officer and the girl handcuffed together. Heather gets to her feet, she swings around in front of Lee and grabs onto him. A white light erupts out. Mike's laughs turn to horror. For a second he is paralyzed in the air, then all the force of his power backfires throwing him across the room. "NOOOOO" Steve screams as he pulls himself up, the Blue of his Hawaiian shirt bleeding into the rain and wind. Mike shakes his head as looks up. Lee looks around surprised. "Hea…Heather..you did it!. He looks to her." "Mike I swear to you, it ends now, no more, Mike, NO MORE." Steve screams. "Heather? Heather…?" Lee looks to the young girl. He picks her body up in both arms. Mike pulls his Red Hawaiian power around to face Steve. "Fine Steve end it if you can." Between them, Lee falls to his knees. He puts his head to the chest of the lifeless body in his arms. Desperately listening for breath. The wind bows hard as Mike and Steve swing into each other. "No…god no…Heather, PLEASE" Lee screams
