The neverending story

You calmly walk towards the front exit of the airport, fully aware you are being followed. You see a taxi that has the driver unloading luggage from the trunk. You dart to it, jump in, and 'borrow' the vehicle. You easliy lose any potential tails, and pull into a parking garage where you exchange the taxi for a brown four door sedan that you hot-wire. You now need to locate and assassinate the Geneneral Charles Vladimere, and since you must go to the embassy and decode the general's computer database and send over files of blue prints for the Killian Experiment, you should probably head to the embassy now.
