"Ahhh, yes," the Vampire Lord replies, sighing at the memory from so many decades ago. "But next time clean up your own messes. It's a good thing I was able to get someone to dispose of the body before it was found. Still, you DID pass your test, so as promised we will grant you new powers."
The Lords begin to chant and a powerful aura of darkness surrounds you. It feels like days later, but is probably only a few hours, when you finally rise, filled with a new energy.
