You walk over to the back of the tent, and instinctively reach for your knife. But wait! It's still there?
They didn't take the knife when they found you?
You use the knife to slice the tent wall, and sneak away.
As you walk further from the camp, everything stays quiet. Looks like they haven't noticed your absence yet.
