The other thug sees this and runs for his life, tripping all over himself; since he forgets that his pants are still around his ankles. You laugh at the sight before looking over at Patricia who's trying to fix herself. She doesn't look very happy obviously.
"I'm glad you find my near rape so very amusing."
"Wow, a thank you would be nice."

As you chase Patricia, it's quite possible that you'll run into others intending to do you harm.
If you have a Contract on your head by the Ebony Claw Syndicate you'll run into a couple of their assassins. Fight them at the same time.
