You say to Joe that you'd rather hold up the guests and he nods his agreement. You all saddle up outside and check equipment before the ride to town. Joe grins at you as you climb onto your horse.
"If any of 'em give you hassle, don't be afraid to shoot one or two, drifter," He says.

Riding into town, you try not to cough and splutter over the cloud of dust the galloping horses are raising. You're a scientist and not accustomed to horse riding. It takes all your effort to just stay on.

Presently, you arrive at the hotel, a tall, heavily decorated building with plenty of space to tie up horses. You and the outlaws tie yours up outside, and Joe discreetly hands you a colt.
"This'll do," He says, and checks his own in its holster, "I'm going with you."

Nervously, you follow him around to the back of the hotel. Joe tries a few doors, finding one unlocked. You quietly enter inside unnoticed and slip along the hallway.
"No use bein' down on the bottom floor," Joe whispers to you, "Guests'll be up top."
Your heart hammering madly, you follow the outlaw along the hallways and up the stairs. The interior of the hotel is luxurious for the time, with red carpets, highly polished wooden surfaces, and paintings of the landscape hung on the walls. As you reach the first floor, you see that there are many rooms, set out along two different hallways, one of the left and one on the right.
"Which one d'you want to take, drifter?" Joe asks you.
