You decide that it's better to follow the path that Reginald assigned; you figure he knows what he's doing.
Eventually you reach the area and see a nervous looking figure swiveling his head around. When he sees you he draws a sword.
"Hey! Step back! Who are you?"
"Reginald sent me. You must be Wallace."
"Maybe I dunno, I've never seen you before "
"Look, we don't have time for all this, we have to go get to the meeting with those Syndicate members."
Wallace looks a bit hesitant at first, but decides you're really sent by Reginald. However, that doesn't really help anything since a couple of thieves spring from the shadows and begin stabbing the hell out of Wallace.
"KILL THE SPY! AND KILL HIM TOO!"
You fight the thieves at the same time.
