You spend the rest of the day continuing to get more familiar with the city, finding out that news travels fast. Apparently the Karnites have already found out what has happened and are extremely mad. They make an assault on the small Church of the One True God in the city and it's only due to the intervention of the City Watch that they don't destroy it completely. The Church has denied that they had anything to do with the killing of any of their priests, but it doesn't matter, the Karnites are going to believe what they want.
Later you return to Reginald, who isn't exactly sure how to react to your actions. Your job was to cause as much havoc as possible between the other temples, which you failed to do however you struck a great blow against the Dark One's most hated enemies.
Ultimately, Reginald decides not to do anything to you, but reprimands you for not obeying orders and reminds you that if you don't do as you're told again, he'll be less forgiving.
"I suppose embarrassing the One True Liar is always worthwhile and I still have use for you yet. I need to think of something that you might actually be competent in. Don't go too far."
You comply and leave the room, realizing you're going to have to redouble your efforts if you hope to serve the Dark One better.
