You look into this man's eys, absorbing his thoughts and memories. This mans mind is nothing short of terrifying, within his eyes are a thousand horrors that you cannot begin to explain.

You soon realize that the man is none other than Fat Tony, the man whose briefcase of money you managed to intercept. He's the big cheese in the area, the kingpin of the local crime outfit, the godfather of the city mafia.
