Hall of Infinite Doors
You decide to deal with the problem your way.
For the whole summer, you spend your afternoons at the Sigma Chi house. But you don't rip out the wires. Instead, you use the funds they gave you to upgrade the cameras to include audio. Many of the cameras are already well hidden. These you replace with ones the size of a pen, and put them in places that won't easily be seen. Some you put in permanent light fixtures or disguise as large screw heads in the light fixtures.
Some cameras you have to take out entirely, such as the sauna. Others, such as in the pool area, you replace with more discreet waterproof cameras.
All the while you have to climb through the ductwork in order to access the wires. You install little carts to ride in, and put ropes along the edges to transport yourself up down and across the system.
You sell a lot of the main unit monitors and whatnot for cash. You take the main board and put in a closet in the duct work, which you then access from your home computer by remote scrambled signal. You also set it up so your computer can send a remote signal to a small, portable TV set.
You don't net much money in your construction business. However, you do have a perfect view of everything that goes on in the house. If they don't pay you, you'll make your money back one way or another.
At the end of the summer, you approach Stacey. You give her back her keys (after having made copies) and discuss price. As expected, she haggles about the price, and your quality of work. She complains about the noise and messes you made. You become upset in return. Finally she offers to pay you half of the difference in cash and leave it at that.
