The Great Conflict

Many men in various uniforms are running around scrambling to access the damage that has been done. Most of the computer monitors are down and several repair men and engineers can be seen trying to get everything back online. The commander is busy going over a map with several engineers. You address him and he looks up, as soon as he sees you he dismisses the engineers and runs over. "Soldier, well done on your last mission but as you can see you have arrived in a bit of a crisis. It seems a Cleric with the ability to teleport made his way deep into the underground maintenance section of this facility. He was able to channel enough energy to turn him into a bomb. Fortunately this suicide attack was not very well planned due to The Faithful's lack of understanding of our technology. An attack on the main power station would have destroyed this entire facility. The actual explosion damage was limited to only a couple of floors and is currently being assessed. The bigger issue was that the explosion also released an electromagnetic pulse which temporarily disabled all of our electrical equipment. Most of this damage is reversible aside from some lost data but we are currently without the assistance of any of our robotic units. Without these and our main computer system we have no idea of the specific status of various systems. Also, we have nothing with which to put out fires created by the explosion. Robots from other sectors that weren't effected by the blast have been sent in to aid in the repair process but we do not have time to wait for them. I need you to go into the damaged area and eliminate any imminent threats. We have gotten a guide bot online and it will guide you to the effected area. Hopefully by the time you reach it the automentor will be online and I will be able to communicate with you and direct you through the rest of the process.
