The House On The Corner

You think that taking a peek into the house can't hurt anything, and if you are caught, the most you will get is yelled at, so you walk toward the window. You can feel the breeze wipping the old brown curtain as you reach toward the window. You give it your best shove as it lifts up further, causing the curtain to whip at your face, the smell of mildew high in your nostrils. You push away the curtain and look into the room. All you see is darkness and the silhouette of a couch propped against the window. You have no choice, you must enter the house, but should you do it alone, or go back and get your friend Max to accompany you. It is a hard decision. Don't think about it too long.
