Choose Your Own Chemical Adventure
You look around the room. There is a window on the left. It is still sunny outside.
A number of wooden chairs are arranged neatly in rows. The far wall is dominated by a large black-and-white print of the famous British physicist, John Newton. You can make out a number of other prints, but you can't identify them.
On the right there is a plaque, with the inscription "Manchester Literary and Philosophical Society, established 1780". Walking towards the back of the room, you observe a stack of papers, placed on a desk.
