Final Quest
You shake your head slowly. "I'm not going to fight with you," you tell the green dragon. "Because it is not worth it."
Torai regards you silently. At last, he says, "You are certainly showing more intelligence then you did when you betrayed your kingdom."
You bite your lip. "What makes you so sure that I betrayed my kingdom?" you ask.
"If not you, who else? Your kingdom was attacked after YOU were captured. Therefore, it follows that you were the betrayer."
You consider that for a few moments, and have to admit, at least to yourself, that Torai's right. You ARE the only possible traitor. But you are sure that you never gave anything away. At all. So, unless the enemy has mind readers among his army, which is highly unlikely, then you are not the traitor.
You open your mouth to tell Torai this, but Alasse's grip tightens on your hand, and she lets out a small gasp.
Looking up, you see that there are a number of huge spiders waiting on the path in front of you.
What do you want to do?
