Revenge
You grab your cloak, and put it on, before heading down the mountain. The path's a little steep, but that doesn't bother you. You're more or less used to going up and down the mountain.
It helps you to keep in shape, in any case.
The village isn't that far from the foot of the mountain, but it still takes you a little while to walk to it. You see a few people also walking to the village, but not many, which is kind of surprising.
It's quite busy actually *inside* the village, though. People are jostling around, and the voices of people on the stalls almost hurt your ears. As you head over to buy some food, though, your ears catch an extremely interesting conversation:
"I've heard that it's a group of corrupt government officials," one man comments to his friend. "And that they're removing those who are rivals to their power."
"Well, I heard that they're thieves," his friend responds. "That they can move through the shadows, and no one who's seen them has lived."
Hm... Interesting. Your curiousity's piqued. You're really tempted to find out more about this mysterious 'group' these two men are talking about. You're about to head off looking for more information, when...
"Well, *I* heard that there's a former warrior staying at the Kamiya dojo..."
You pause, glancing around, but you can't make out who said those words in the huge crowd of people. You can't help wondering - might it be *him*? The one you fought so long ago?
