You finally see her face due to her hood falling off in the ensuing action, she's quite pretty. But obviously she isn't entirely human. You wonder if she's even of this plane. Besides her hair being pure white, her eyes give away an otherworldly appearance and right now her eyes look like they could twist mithril with the look they're giving you.
"Listen up, because I'm only saying this once! Maybe Garrick thinks you're an asset to the Guild, but I'm not convinced. You better show me something better than that pitiful display you pulled a night ago that made you a public enemy. Because now you aren't just playing with your life you're playing with mine! Don't think I'll put up with your incompetence while you're on a job with me, because I WILL leave you behind."
After that warning, she lets you go and puts her hood back on.
