Legend
Ludmilla suddenly appears from nowhere.
"Watching me were you?" you ask.
"Of course, but I never thought for a moment that you'd try to betray me."
"So what next?"
"Well this shall be a parting of the ways. As I am next in line for the throne I shall become the new Baroness. (Sigh) I wish you were of noble blood, otherwise I really would marry you."
"Why can't we just get married anyway?"
"As I have explained before, such things just aren't done. It would only serve to cause a whole bunch of political trouble and unnecessary scandal. Not to mention it would arouse much suspicion if I married my father's right hand man right after he wound up dead! As a follower of Fel you should know suspicion is always to be avoided. Secrets must be kept."
"I suppose you're right. I don't think this is for me anyway. I think I prefer the shadows of dungeons and dark forests rather than politics."
Ludmilla smiles.
"You really are more suited for that kind of thing, but I wish you well on wherever your journeys take you. I shall inform the church of Fel of your deeds. You have been most instrumental in increasing their power base. And remember you will always be welcome here in Holgard and there will always be a room for you here when you come back. Whatever belonging you leave there will be safe. And if the day ever does come that you decide to carve out a kingdom of your own, perhaps THEN we could marry as equals."
Ludmilla gives you a long kiss goodbye and gives you an ornate black ring with her name engraved in the band. It's imbued with the power of Fel. As long as you wear it (And are a Priest of Fel) your faith shall never waiver. If your alignment ever reaches 20 or -20, you will not become faithless. This only applies to alignment change however; if you do something obviously blasphemous to Fel (Like openly renouncing him or something) then the ring won't protect you in this case. (But you'd never do that right?)
Keep in mind this is also a memento from someone who obviously does have feelings for you. So mark it down as Ludmilla's Ring (As opposed to ornate black ring)
You may also gain 1 extra prayer to Fel for your deeds! (So now you may have 2 instead of just 1)
You leave the Palace and Holgard, back in the wilderness of where you started.
