You go in and join the siege along with the rest of the soldiers and attempt to fight your way in. Roll one die and lose that many STAMINA points due to combat. (A Priest of Karn may divide the result and round down) Eventually you make headway and fight your way to one of the doors where more battle ensues. Only the rebels inside the building look a lot different, namely they're wearing blood red robes. More like a cult actually. It's pretty apparent now that this rebellion has been incited by them and not just a few disgruntled citizens.

"Kill them! Kill them all! The Dark One commands it!" one hooded member screams as he escapes down a trapdoor.

You'd be guessing that would be the leader, you attempt to rush at him, but a big burly cult member blocks your path and singles you out to fight.
