Legend
After dispatching the last one you order your men to stay behind to mop up the remaining enemies while you go after the leader. You quickly descend and follow the barely lit passage. Eventually you come to a small room, with an evil looking idol where the leader is desperately praying to for whatever dark powers it may grant. Apparently the "Dark One" isn't listening, because nothing happens.
"Give it up! Even your dark god won't save your cowardly hide!"
"This wasn't supposed to happen this way! He said he would take care of the soldiers! They weren't supposed to put up this much of a fight, let alone beat us!" the cult leader says to himself in anger. "Dammit, I should've known it would be too much for him!"
"What're you talking about?"
"Nevermind, you won't be alive long enough to make use of the information anyway!"
The cult leader grabs a VERY sharp looking sword from an altar and attacks. His swordsmanship would indicate a much more skilled individual than his cultist looks dictate.
CULT LEADER

The Cult leader is using a Vorpal Sword. If he ever rolls double 6s (Regardless of if he wins the round) then he's managed to decapitate you and your adventure ends here.
