Unless you've got a silver weapon you're going to have a very difficult time even harming her. You'll only do 1 STAMINA point of damage whenever you hit her without silver, and if she ever rolls double sixes she manages to land a bite to your jugular killing you instantly.
You may attempt to escape at anytime, she'll land one more hit, (But roll the dice to see if she lands a killing blow still) but won't bother to chase you.
