The Third Eye

Screw it, you say to yourself. There's nothing worth doing on campus. You decide to head for home. You've got a sixer in the fridge waiting for you... Well a fiver anyway, taking breakfast into consideration.

As you make your way home you take care not to meet anyones eyes. You don't particulary want your gift all the time. It can be overwhelming, and right now you don't care to be bothered with the all-nowing third eye.

But as your walking you walk past an older woman dressed in expensive furs. You're quite certain she is wealthy and you can't pass the opporunity to see the world as she does.

She sees you as filth, a dirty boy from the streets. She snubs her nose at you and makes a little noise when your eyes meet. She made her money by marrying the right guy, a successful entrepenuer in the stock-trade field. Occasionaly he asks her to bring him a wad of cash so that he can order a rediculously expensive lunch. He rarely remembers to take his money into the field with him and generaly either sends one of his workers after the money, or calls her to bring it to him. Today he called her, and she is bringing the money to him. Her name is Betty.

Do you continue with your homeward journey, or are you going to tell her that Mr. Richland sent you to get the money from her?
