Legend
Dorna's temple is easy to find, it's the one with biggest towers. Looks more like a Wizard's keep actually. When you get inside, that perception doesn't change when you see the rows and rows of books. A haughty Priestess comes up to you.
"And what brings you to our temple today? You realize that OUR books are for members only, and that's assuming you can even read." She condescendingly says.
You explain your situation and she waves her hand dismissively.
"Yes I've heard of that faith, and like most it's based in ignorance. At least you've chosen to try to shed yourself of that ignorance, but we'll see if Dorna still thinks you're worthy!"
After a series of brain games, riddles and other intelligence tests your responsibilities are made clear to you.
First, any other "priestly items" you may have, must be discarded, this means your Holy symbol that you started with. If you have a Black Book, its taken from you so that more intellectually gifted priests than yourself may study it. All former prayers by whatever God you followed before are also discarded.
Second your Initial MIND goes up by 2.
Your new outlook on life is a bit elitist, and you value intellect rather than physical ability which means you aren't going to be keeping up on your combat abilities, lose 2 points of Initial SKILL.
Don't expect Dorna to answer your prayers too often, she expects you to think your own way out of the predicaments you get yourself into. However you do get one and you may use it to replenish your MIND up to its Initial value.
Alignment isn't really a factor to Dorna, knowledge transcends "morality". She absolutely won't tolerate idiots though and will only keep in contact with those of sufficient intellect. If your MIND status ever goes below 10, you will immediately be stripped of ALL benefits received from Dorna (Stats, items, etc) and your status will become Faithless.
Ready to face the world with your new faith, you leave.
