How you wish you could examine such a marvelous wonder of engineering in greater detail, but unfortunately it's trying to kill you. Fortunately it's slow and you can do quite a few things.
If you have a Brimstone Thrower or Firebombs you can use them against it. You aim directly for its legs.
Test your Luck, if you're lucky, you manage to blow its legs off causing it to crash to the ground and allowing you to easily finish it off.
If you're unlucky, you still hit it, but don't do enough damage, and it hits you lose 4 STAMINA points. However you're still able to fight it, as you've managed to determine where weak spots in its joints would be.
