You manage to tear your neck away from the girl, and slam her into a branch on a tree, where she is impaled and disappears. However, you are dizzy because of blood loss, and this means that it is more difficult for you to fight and/or think. Bear this in mind.

"I must leave you," Arina says suddenly. "I can send you to where Torai is, if you wish."

You nod slowly. "Yes, please," you say.

Arina closes her eyes and concentrates. The world starts spinning around you, and you collapse to the ground.
