Escape From Hell Asylum

You look into the vent and see darkness. You pry it open and find it is big enough for you to crawl inside. You see a faint light coming from two passageways at the end. As you near them you hear what sounds like machinery coming from the right passage. From the left you hear what seems like whispering.
