you let her go and she starts to crawl to the car but doesn't exactly get there because Bust Corp agents flood the area and point guns at her.

You take Debbie Back to head quarters and she is locked up. You are rewarded with $20,000 but not by Steven. It seems as if Steven is missing.
Then you check the message machine....
-Steven has been kidnapped and so is his family. We request that you bust corp losers pay up 5 million dollars for their safe return. you have a week to meet my man Carlos with the money in Time Square -click-
