You abandon your car and hitchhike. For some reason, the only people who ever seem to pick you up are truckers.
When you get to Colorado, the trucker you are currently riding with stops at a truck stop.
There are a lot of trucks parked in the parking lot, and you've heard that truckers make a lot of money, and many of them deal in cash.
Part of you wonders if any of the trucks in the lot are unlocked.
Then again, you could EARN a lot of money here, rather than steal. You could offer special "favors" to the truckers here, for $50 each. However, prostitution is illegal here, so you'll have to watch out for cops. But you're not as likely to get yourself killed offering your body to truckers as you would be if you stole from them.
Then again, maybe it's best to stay in the truck. This trucker's going all the way to Ohio -- and only about 20 miles from your hometown.
For that matter, you could attempt to drive the truck away, hijack the load, and sell it on the black market.
