You know the bar, ironically you have killed someone there before but that was in self defence. Immediatly you begin to plan the Assassination, the bar is usually full, loud music playing, sports on tv.
A building roofop across the road would make a suitable sniping position.Wait for him to come out quick, efficient kill. You could go inside with a knife, lead him to a corner, stab him, say hes drunk and lay him down and leave calmly. You wont be exposed as its a dark bar and no one will pay any attention to you, also an option.
You consider a car bomb but your paid to kill your target, not civilians in the process, besides you dont kill women or kids...ever. Then of course theres always the shotgun, loud, scary and efficient.
You memorise the targets face and the note and burn them both.
