Hired Assasin
You look around the diner and notice two cops sitting there eating so you decide to play it cool and wait. Trying not to stick out you order a few more beers. Then a few more. Eventually you look over to realise that he's gone! You run out the door, tripping over the stool you run out the front door. No sign of him.
"Great. Another blown job" you get into your car and pass out.
You wake up it's and still dark out so you drive home. When you walk in you notice you have a new message.
:BEEP: Hey Is he dead yet? I need some more help. I think he may have me killed soon please come soon. You hear knocking in the background Then the reciever hits the floor "Hey who the fuck are you two?" you can still hear the conversation in the background.
"Where's my money?"
"You??? what?? how? You should be dead"

"END OF MESSAGE. YOU HAVE NO NEW MESSAGES" The machine Replys
"Damn tape limits" you mutter to yourself "wonder what happened." but it doesn't take a genious to know he's dead. But still, curiosity begins to gnaw at you
