Puppetmaster

Ugh. You'll never do this again.
In the morning you will have to lug yourself out of bed bright and early, walk all the way to school, and sit down in your desk and do a ten page math exam that has been waiting for you all year. Math you had not studied up until now. Math you had been unable to comprehend since the begining of the year. And, to make matters worse, the only way you could possibly pass the course was to get at least a 93 percentage on the exam, your evil math teacher having given you a minus mark (you had no idea they could do that!).
Your eyes scan the page of calculations and questions for the hundredth time, your brain blankly registering the strange symbols layed out before you.
Impossible.
Groaning in frusteration, you look at the clock.
12: 30!!
"AUUUGGH!" you moan as your heart skips a beat. 12:30? You haven't even finished memorizing the first page! In anger, a quick jerk of your arm is all it takes to fling the math book and papers into the wall and onto the floor (hope your parents didn't hear that).
"Screw the math." you grumble to yourself as you look for something else to do. Maybe you should go to bed...
But before you hit the matress, you decide to take one look at your painting that you had carefully hid from sight behind your dresser.

You call it The Puppetmaster. You've been working on the picture for a week now, painting every detail and capturing the true character you wanted. Smiling to yourself, you look over the semi-completed creation. The ugly man is wearing a red and yellow jester's outfit, complete with a silly three pointed hat. Small bells are painted at the ends of the points, and the shoe's toe-ends curl upward in a amusing fashion. In his hands he holds two marionets, each one with strings conecting to real people, who look horrified but are unable to control their own bodies. But the Puppetmaster's face is the most detailed, compiling of ugly lines and wrinkles, a large smiling mouth, and bright red eyes with yellow pupils. You chuckle to yourself. This picture is going to scare alot of kids next Halloween, not to mention getting an excellent mark in Art. Ahhhh... art. Art's so much better than math.

A deep yawn overtakes you as your body begins to feel extremely tired and your head fills with fog. Laying your picture on your dresser, you stumble into your bed and pull the covers against you.
Darkness overtakes you, and the last thing you see is the painting of the Puppetmaster staring at you, smiling evily as if it knew some dreadful secret you did not.

You have 1 choice:
