Escape From Hell Asylum
You walk toward the light and find that it's coming from under a closed door. There's no window so you can't see inside. You decide to open the door, since maybe you'll have some luck with it.
You find yourself in an operation room, with sharp looking instruments everywhere. There's a stretcher in the middle of the room, and it's empty thankfully. You look around some more and notice that the room is two stories, and there are glass panels up stairs, so that people may watch the surgery from above. There is a very dim light in one of the observatory rooms and you think you see the silhouette of a person looking down on you.
