The Black Citadel
You walk past the boulder and look for the grate. You find the grate without too much difficulty some while later in an open rocky pit. The path you have been on continues up towards the mountains.
On the other side of the path you notice a small shaded grove and you think it's a good place to get some quick rest. You sit down and eat and drink the provisions you bought in the village earlier (add 1 mana point).
Soon after, in the rocky pit, you take out the bronze key and open the old grate with a rusty metallic sounding crunch. You peer inside and light your oil lamp. A ladder leads down to a tunnel. The Black Citadel is very close to your present position, which looks very large and oppressing. The Black Citadel and its four steep dark and twisted towers reach high into the sky.
