Everything Went Dark
Might as well do what this cult wants, there was a strong chance this would benefit him. Without hesitation, he whipped around and threw the knife. It hit the traitor directly in the center of their forehead. Jack nodded, proud of himself. And then he realized who that was. "I'm not Tatum-" Evie struggled to say before her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she crumbled to the ground. Jack's eyes widened in shock, what did he just do?! He literally just murdered Evie. With what he assumed the cult was like, he'd fit in just fine. But with everything that has happened in the past two hours, it was all too much. He was hungry. Why was Jack thinking of food right now? He literally just murdered Evie. Oh well. Jack looked around the room and his eyes landed on some random shelf nearby. Oh, how convenient! A really good-looking loaf of bread.
Jack walked over to it and picked up the bread. He bit into it. Huh. This smelled liked something familiar. Y'know, the last time he smelled whatever this smell was when he was last around Jennan....who died of poisoning....oh no.
Everything went dark.
