You approach the shop called "Levi's Jeans" and parallel park Horgus.
When you enter, you see a marble counter with various pairs of blue pants draped over it. Pairs of pants hang from the ceilings and one is nailed to a cross. Behind the counter is stands a man you presume to be Levi.
