Bernadette lost her grip and tumbled onto the grass and said, "I'm so sorry I got you into this mess," as she then called her best friend's Penny and Amy to come help her.
The two women quickly arrived and burst into laughter when they saw the young blond's predicament.
A chain was then formed behind the humiliated Sinead as Bernadette pulled her hips,Penny pulled her best friend's waist while Amy pulled Penny's t-shirt as the three pulled and pulled with all their strength.
"OW,that really hurts," said Sinead as she suddenly came flying out of the window,sending the four women tumbling backwards into a heap on the grass.
"Thank goodness for that," she said as she hugged the trio and thanked them for rescuing her as everyone began laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation.
Amy was able to squeeze through the window as everyone went inside to relax and have something to eat after all their efforts.
