Fizzymagic's Big Adventure

Instantly, one thought fills Fizzymagic's mind, and he bellows, "KILL IT! KILL IT WITH FIRE!" He reaches over to a nearby shelf and grabs a can of hairspray and a lighter (stored there in case of just such an emergency), and moments later he is blowtorching the heck out of the mysterious scarab beetle. As the torrent of flame washes over it, the beetle twitches horribly, hissing and crackling for a good 30 seconds. Fizzy keeps the mini-flamethrower trained on the crispy critter for another 90 seconds even after it stops twitching, just to be sure. Finally content that the thing is thoroughly dead, Fizzy surveys the smoking corpse of the beetle and the charred remains of the jelly donut.
