One Way Out

You walked towards your locker, peeking inside classrooms that you pass. No one.
You turn the corner and you see Anna. She was reading a book. You stop in front of her.
"Hey Anna," you started, "do you know what just happened?"
She shrugged, "I have no idea what you're talking about. I was just getting my book for DEAR."
You nodded and left. She obviously knew nothing after the whole ordeal. You heard the sound of quiet footsteps.
