One Way Out
Haven jumped off of the bodies and walked away. Behind the corpses was Emma again. She didn't leave the commons, but was hiding. You silently watch as Emma dragged a long chain, somehow absolutely silent. The chain clinked and Haven whirled around.
By the time she saw Emma, she was pinned to the ground. Emma punched Haven's face over and over again. You could see the glint of metal on her fingers. You moved away slowly, keeping the two in sight. Emma stopped, then bound Haven in the chain. Haven phased into consciousness for a second to fight her bindings but she couldn't overcome them. Emma kicked a locker open and considered Haven.
Emma threw Haven into the locker, and stuffed her inside like she was nothing but a giant doll. She twisted the knob of an old can and threw it inside with Haven. Emma closed the locker door and you could hear Haven scream in pain. Faint yellow gas seeped from the sides of the locker. Emma turned and walked away like as if it was a normal day of school.
