Signs of the Infected

You manage to get yourself untied, having found a sharp edge under the arm rest of the chair you were able to cut the rope. You untie your other hand and stand up hoping that the person that tied you up won't hear you trying to escape. You look around the basement to try to find anything that could help you. You see a window to your left and there is always the staircase leading to the main floor.
