A Tale of Two Choices
A hand grabbed Dark Annie's throat, pulling her into a backyard on Hanbury Street.
"Ham and Cheesy, Turtle Dove, ya daan't 'ave ter be so Brian!" exclaimed Dark Annie. "Just let me get the Twist and Twirl on 'er way."
The man did not respond but let go of her throat long enough for her to send Dorothea on her way.
"Scapa Fla on ter the bloomin' Poxy Goat, Turtle Dove. I'll join ya shortly."
Dorothea didn't know what to do now. Should she just find her own way, or go to the Poxy Goat and wait for Dark Annie. At least Dark Annie offered some sort of friendship and protection.
