The Darkness Consumes What's Left Of My Soul

You see the shadow creepily gesture you to follow it with its elongated and point fingers but you still follow. You follow it down the hall and every step you take makes the floor-boards creak. You continue to follow the shadow down the stairs but as you go down you each step on the second to last stair it breaks as you step on it. You brush off the debris and walk on because it only gave you a splinter but you continue and walk out the door. You fully step out and notice that the wind is slowly blowing. Then you look back in the shadows direction only to notice it isn't there. You then look at where it might be and see a set of black ashy footprints that are slowly being swept away by the wind. You then look around your surroundings and notice that the sky isn't a welcoming shade of blue but its rather a dark pitched black. You look around your house only to further notice that you are the only house in the entire neighborhood and for as far as you can see and that your house seems to have aged and fallen apart as well as its surroundings. The road you are walking on is cracked and looks like it was never repaved. You continue to walk along the road in the same direction the shadows footprints were in and the crying sound that you faintly heard earlier is also getting more clear as you continue to walk the broken abandoned road but the only thing you are focusing on is how familiar the crying is. You soon hit the end of a road only to find a building that is falling at the seems with vines growing out of it and through the shattered windows. You further examine the building but you still hear the crying but you also hear glass shattering as if someone was there. You look around and hear a faint crying sound get louder more so than before. You want to examine further especially since the shadows footprints are still disappearing around here. You notice that there are two iron plated doors that are both unlocked which one do you explore?
