Escape From Hell Asylum

You run. Run and run. You get to the door and run. Never in your life have you been more terrified. You reach the door and burst right through it. A long corridor lies before you.
Lies.
LIES!
ALL THE LIES!!! ALL THE LIES! ALL THOSE LIES THAT YOU WERE TOLD! YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE!!!
You sprint down the corridor as fast as you possibly can. The word "lies" is spinning around your head. It is all you are thinking.
Lies...
Lies...
LIES!!!
You keep running, never looking back at that hideous monster.
LIES!!!
LIES!!!
You keep running. The corridor seems to go on forever. Then you hear screaming. It's coming from ahead.
"LIES!!!" you hear. The voice is getting nearer. The screaming is getting louder.
"LIES!!! LIES!!! LIES!!!"
You see a figure coming from the other end of the corridor. It is running as fast as you, but going in a different direction. That is where the screaming is coming from.
"ALL THOSE FUCKING LIES!!! THE LIES!!! OH MY GOD!!! THE LIES!!!"
You run and run. So does the figure. Running nowhere, but somewhere. Blind panic creeping over you. Hard to breathe. Legs tiring. Running.
"LIES!!!"
You are only a few yards away from the figure. You can make it out. It's a man. Japanese. White face. But there's red in there. Somehow. You can't understand this.
"LIES!!!"
You both keep running. Running. Running. Closer and closer. The figure draws a sword. A sword? Held high above the head of the figure. The figure. Running. The sword. The figure. Running. The monstrosity behind you. Running. Running.
The sword comes into contact with your stomach. And it dosn't stop there. A blinding pain shoots up from your abdomen. You close your eyes and fall to your knees. Then you collapse. The last thing you see is the figure's face. Watching you. You now can see what the red was. What the red is. The red. There's plenty of that on you now. On your clothes. Everywhere.
