Forest Dweller

Only one of them seems to be brave enough to answer.
"We were ordered to take an elf girl hostage! She matches the description!" Ayla looks on in admiration, having gained back her senses.
"And how, may I ask, did you find this place?"
"Our boss knows of the barrier!" You feel panic creep into your heart. You narrow your eyes, this time actually angry.
"And where is he?"
"I can't tell you that!" Ayla kicks both of them in the head, you can tell she is enjoying this. As they lie on the ground they weakly look up.
"The F...Feather village!"
"And where is that?"
"You'll never find it!" The other one says. Ayla silences them both by gripping their necks.
"Tell us where it is, NOW!" She whispers through clenched teeth. You can tell she's angry about what they did to her. You would be too. Her shimmering clothes are slightly torn, clothes that must have taken a lifetime to weave.
"It's hidden by a barrier as well!" One manages, and she lets go of his throat.
"You need a special stone to see where it is! It leads us there!" The other says, and she releases his.
"And where is this stone?" You continue.
"He'll kill us!" One of the men whispers.
"So will they!" The other replies. Ayla tenses her fingers as a warning.
"We each have one!"
"And what is your leader's name?" Ayla asks.
"He's hidden in the Feather village! No one knows of his plot to take over-" The man falls silent. Ayla grips the man and forces him hard against the ground.
"Plot to take over what? Talk!" She yells. You notice a small, purple spot on his neck.
"Ayla... he can't."
"Why not?" She asks. In response, you pull out a poison dart from the side of his neck.

All three were hit, and it looks as though they were killed instantly. You recognize the poison as being fairly strong, but not enough to kill someone unless it hit a vital spot on the neck. Whoever threw these had a large amount of skill.
"We were so close!" Ayla sighs, then smiles and turns to you. She weakly falls to the ground, clutching her body. You gasp in horror. Many of her bones are broken, you're amazed she was able to put on as tough an act as you were.
"Ayla!"
