Dropped

You just want to get it over with. Going for the door would take too much effort, you might as well just hang on and hope the fall kills you quickly. The plane spins even faster now, and a soldier gets flung out the hole in the fuselage. You hear his scream fade as he drifts further away from the plane.
You decide that's no way to die, so you hang on to a beam next to you.
The soldier that got burned earlier is still there, his leg pinched by debris.
There is another soldier hanging on, and he is blue.
Blue?
You look closely and see a cord wrapped around his neck. He must have gotten caught in his parachute and suffocated.
The commander is to your other side, his face sickeningly bloody from when you slammed him into the wall.
All these soldiers would be alive if you had just jumped.
There is a deafening smash, followed by a surge of cold water. The slam makes you loose your grip and you get launched down into the cockpit, only to be met by a wall of cold water. However, the wall only slows you down. You continue your fall and slam into the dashboard. You feel an excruciating pain in your stomach, leg, and forehead.
Your forehead has broken the glass, and the current has carried any shards out of the plane. The water level is rising, and there is a flotation jacket under the pilot's seat.
