If you don't have any money or don't want to spend any, you attempt to just stalk and kill one, but this runs the risk of her escaping.

This causes you to strike her down quickly in anger. You don't get anything except Azoth calling you an idiot as you run away before anyone comes to help.
In any event you run back in your room at the Soup Kitchen, with bloody images dominating your mind. You don't get much sleep for the rest of the night.
When you wake up you feel awful, but it's not because of anything you've done so much as your head just really aches.
