If you directly delivered the information about the Guild to the Syndicate (Either with or without Wallace) then the Syndicate will have completely wiped out the Guild for the most part and you won't have to fight any.

If not, then you'll find that you'll have to still fight a majority of them attempting to defend their territory.

This still leaves the Syndicate. The Syndicate and Reginald had somewhat of an understanding before the rebellion, so they will let you pass freely assuming you didn't cross them in any way.

If you caused a war between them and the Temple of Karn and/or you blamed them for stealing a blood red gem, they will have found out about your treachery and attack.

(You may subtract 2 from their SKILL if you caused them to war with the Karnites)

Even if you beat them, you personally will still have a Contract on your head by the Ebony Claw Syndicate, which you can mark down on your profile.

Assuming you survive all this, you can continue down the sewers or head above ground, you're probably underneath the poor district right about now.
