Legend

You don't have time to mess around; you need to find the hideout of the Dark One cultists as quickly as possible, resorting to deal with criminals pales in comparison to the evil of the Dark One.

Gain 3 Aggression points.

You head back to the Poisoned Blade Inn. You stand out, but nobody bothers you this time. It occurs to you that you probably shouldn't just ask anyone though. Its going to be hard enough just getting them to help you, you don't want to tip off a potential Dark One agent. You know enough about the city to know that there are two major criminal factions who run most of the underworld. One is the Thieves Guild, and the other is the Ebony Claw Syndicate. It stands to your reasoning that that like most criminal factions they aren't too fond of devout faith in religion of their followers in any form as it tends to cut into profits, not too mention it can decrease loyalty to the leaders of such organizations who want total obedience to them not a god. Thus a member from either of those groups would probably be your best bet.

You ask the bartender where you can find a member of both factions. He gives you a suspicious stare, and looks you over.

"I don't know what you're doing in here holy man, but if you're attempting to win converts, you best move on lest you find a dagger in your back."
"Actually I'm here on business. Business that unfortunately requires me to deal with one of the sin laden criminals here. Preferable one of the competent ones." You say.
"Hm, keep talking like that and you'll find several daggers in your back holy man, however it's your life. You happen to be in luck, there are members of both organizations here tonight, you can tell because they're both sitting on opposite ends of the tavern with their backs to the wall watching each other. The guy over to the left dressed in red is a member of the Thieves Guild. That woman over to the right dressed in black is a member of the Ebony Claw Syndicate. I don't know too much about them other than that. I'll warn you though; you talk to one, and don't expect to talk to the other if things fall through."

You have two choices deal with the Syndicate or deal with the Guild.
