Gryphons in Greenden

You and Erric lay out your swords on a table for the smith to take a look. Erric doesn't take out his knife. As the smith looks over the weapons, Erric is making the apprentice nervous by taking down all the weaponry hanging on the merchandise wall and looking at it without putting anything back.

The smith makes a swift inspection of both blades, looking over at you. "These are both fine blades. This one, here, is an expensive one. It was made with care." He is running a large finger along Erric's blade and you smile. Erric has the money to afford the finest swords. The smith touches yours. "More workmanlike, this one, but it gets the job done. Both are in no danger of becoming weak anytime soon."

You thank him. Meanwhile, Erric has taken down almost everything on the wall and has left it in a small heap on the table. The apprentice is nervous and the smith is annoyed when he notices. Maybe you should get Erric out of here.
