Rentyre

Fifteen minutes after filling out your application, they've already hired you and have you out on the work floor. Loanatics may have a large following of customers, but few people actually want to work there. Dale, your manager, informs you that employee churn is ridiculously high, with people coming and going on a weekly basis.

"It's just not a respectable job," he says. "Most people don't want to have to cater to these people's sick fantasies, and the people that can cope usually end up getting fired because of their performance."

Dale flips through a few pages on his clipboard, and his eyebrows raise in surprise. "Actually, Gunther, it looks like we've got spots open in two different jobs.

"The first job is the one I'd expect you to take, simply because it's easier. You'd be the host, the person running the machines for our customers. You don't get paid much, but they are encouraged to tip you. I warn you, many of them expect you to assist in their fantasies.

"The other position we have open is mentoring. The idea here is to control someone else's body for them. Sometimes, they might want you to take college exams for them, or other times they'll want you to deal with personal problems. If you don't complete their task, you won't get paid."

"How is that even possible?" you ask.

"We Rentyre your personality into the customer's body without Rentyring the customer. Your personality overrides the customer's, leaving you in full control of their body. When you leave, the customer will remember everything you in their body, instead of remembering nothing of what happened like a normal Rentyring. However, putting two people in one body is incredibly dangerous, and we have no guarantees on your safety. Still, it's legal, and it pays well."
